Goguryeo Blacksmith Village, established by Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do, is the historic theme park of Goguryeo. Many foreign tourists visit this place because It is the only blacksmith village in Korea and filming site, where various dramas, such as Taewangsashingi, Bramuinara, Kwaedohonggildong and Jamyeonggo, were filmed. There are waterwheel with 7m diameter, fire pot with 2 stories high, actual tools that bygone blacksmiths used and traditional houses. Outdoor exhibits have been historically investigated, based on Goguryeo mural, in order to depict the lifestyle and housing style of Goguryeo people. Inside the exhibit hall, there are more than 325 Goguryeo relics, including earthenware and ironware that were excavated in Achasan Mountain, located in Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do. Besides, there is traditional culture experience study hall for visitors. They can experience hoop, Jegichagi, jump rope, Neolttwigi, shooting slingshot, Tuho, creating Wadang, Korean paper art, Korean straw art and Sotdae pinwheel, etc. It is opened from 09:00 to 18:00 (winter season 17:00) and is closed on Mondays and New Year's Day.
