The Association of Korean Dermatologists Stands at the Center of the Global Aesthetic Dermatology Stage

- “KOREADERMA 2025” Successfully Held at the Largest Scale Ever -

“KOREADERMA 2025,” the largest academic exchange platform for dermatology specialists worldwide and a leading academic congress driving the global expansion of K-beauty, was successfully held from October 31 to November 2. Since 2019, the Association of Korean Dermatologists (President Cho Hang-rae) has hosted KOREADERMA every year, taking the lead in sharing the latest knowledge and clinical experience in aesthetic dermatology with countries around the world, while promoting Korea’s outstanding medical technology on the global stage.

In particular, more than 1,800 foreign dermatologists attended this year’s event, setting a new record for the highest number of overseas speakers and participants. President Cho Hang-rae (Director of Ohkims Dermatologic Clinic) remarked, “KOREADERMA has evolved beyond a simple academic congress and has become a global platform that demonstrates the international stature of K-aesthetic medicine. It was a meaningful occasion that once again reaffirmed Korea’s position as a leading nation in the global aesthetic dermatology field.”

President Cho stated, “We could clearly feel the growing global interest and trust in K-aesthetic medicine at the event,” adding, “The Association of Korean Dermatologists will continue to take a leading role in expanding international exchange so that Korea’s aesthetic dermatology industry can take another leap forward.” He continued, “Aesthetic procedures and the treatment of skin diseases share the common essence of ‘medicine that keeps the skin healthy.’ We will continue to devote our full efforts to supporting the academic achievements and strengthening the global competitiveness of dermatologists equipped with accurate knowledge and extensive clinical experience.”
