[Anseong] Anseong-matchum Hanwoochon


This restaurant uses beef short ribs of Yakjeon Hanu (Korean cows raised using ginseng) produced on its own Korean native cattle farm. Yakjeon Hanu is both juicy and full of marbling. It is offered on display as raw beef and enriches the spicy, simple taste.
