[Guri] Eunhaeng namu jip


Korean duck, cooked with 16 kinds of medicinal herbs including ginseng, ginkgo, Korean angelica and milk vetch root, glutinous rice and a variety of nuts are placed in an earthenware dish and roasted at 420℃ in the kiln for more than 3 hours. It is a well-being dish enjoyed with vegetables. The chewy duck taste and the smell from the variety of medicinal herbs enhances the appetite. It takes time to make this delicious duck dish so please make a reservation at least 3 hours before arriving.
