[Siheung] Janggeumi


Beef rib stew is made with abalone seasoned with soy sauce, lotus root (the specialty of Siheung) and 12 kinds of medicinal herbs; hongeo samhap, which has the unique taste of skates ripened with lotus leaf; and yeonbap, which is wrapped and steamed with lotus leaf. All of these are included on the regular menu. These dishes all display the touch of the craftsman. The fried lotus root and fried ginseng are fresh and crispy treats.
